Occasional or mild snoring can be easily treated by adopting simple and easy changes in your daily life. These simple steps give best results for light snorers.
Here are some simple self-help remedies you can apply, if you are light a snorer:
- Avoid alcohol at least four hours before dinner.
- Avoid sleeping pills and tranquilizers before sleep.
- Avoid smoking at least two hours before sleep.
- Maintain fixed timings for sleep.
- Avoid sleeping on your back. Sleep on your side.
- Exercise daily.
NOTE: If you suffer from persistent snoring and excessive daytime sleepiness, then do consult a physician.
