8 Ways to Beat Jet Lag
- Stretch your limbs while being seated to avoid stiff joints and cramped muscles.
- Walk around the cabin during your flight.
- Chew gum to avoid build up of pressure in your ears.
- Avoid consumption of alcohol or coffee before or during your flight.
- Be well rested before you leave.
- Estimate what time you will reach the destination so that you can rest appropriately while traveling.
- Eliminate stress and anxiety as much as possible from your journey.
- Even if you reach your destination in the morning, do not nap at the daytime. Sleep directly at night.
