Here are some common myths about sleep

- Sleeping long is not healthy. Research shoes that long sleepers suffer from health problems like depression and sleep apnea.
- Some people can be as fresh as a daisy even with just four hours of sleep daily.
- Waking up during the night doesn’t mean you will be tired all day.
- Sleeping pills help beat insomnia is not a right thing to believe. Behavioral therapy and lifestyle change works far better than pills.
- You cannot make up for lost sleep on weekends.
