  1. Avoid the use of caffeine, nicotine and alcohol several hours before bedtime.
  2. Exercise everyday.
  3. Take medications as prescribed by your doctor.
  4. Massage your legs
  5. Stretch them regularly.
  6. Avoid heavy meals before bedtime.
  7. Avoid naps during daytime.
  8. Do not worry on your bed.
  9. Maintain regular sleep schedule.
  10. Use your bed only for sex and sleep.
