How to Improve your Sleep Habits?

Maintain your daily routine. Have a specific waking time and a specific bedtime.
Train your body to develop a routine.
Use your bedroom only to sleep and have sex. Never watch TV, talk on the phone or read in your bedroom.
Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark.
Have your dinner at least three hours before going to bed.
If you are hungry, have a glass of warm milk before going to bed.
If you can’t sleep don’t worry about your daily matters during bedtime.
Listen to soft and soothing music.
