People suffering from insomnia, can find cure through various forms of milk. These remedies surely work and are used mostly in the Indian subcontinent. These remedies however will prove to be more useful when extended over various other subcontinents. Some such remedies are
1) Drinking a glass of warm milk with crushed almonds before going to bed.
2) Drinking a glass of plain milk before going to bed also ensures one to sleep peacefully.
3) Rubbing ghee (clarified butter) on the soles of the feet also promotes a good night’s sleep.
Another home remedy is rubbing coconut oil on the head and the palms and soles of your feet. His method also ensures a good night’s sleep.
These simple techniques will prove to be very good if one is suffering from insomnia for a period of time. If these methods still don’t tend to help, one should consult a doctor and find out the cause of their condition.
